Gayle Gregory

Gayle Gregory is a systems engineer and designer. She brings 25 years experience of improving systems within organizations. She is a former senior manager with two Fortune 500 companies and now consults with organizations in change engagement to catalyze organizational potential and nurture innovative workplaces. While working at UPS, Gayle finished her education in Management. Gayle's clients have included emerging and growth companies in the technology, education, and service sectors that required a wholly new level of communication and radical honesty to promote organizational performance. Gayle is co-author "Workplace Evolution: Common Sense for Uncommon Times" and "The Grand Experiment, an Expedition of Self-Discovery."
