Nancy Helgeson

Nancy Helgeson is a Certified Executive, Career and Life Coach with over 22 years experience in individual, team and organizational coaching and consulting. She successfully combines her background in coaching and consulting, human resources, and psychotherapy to provide a dynamic and holistic approach to her role as coach. Nancy is an expert in mediation and conflict resolution, collaboration, team communication, coaching and development, effective leadership practices, achievement of challenging goals, and work/life balance. Nancy's business career includes positions in corporate human resources as well as management consulting positions for several human resources and outplacement consulting firms. She has also taught courses at the University of San Diego's Extended Studies programs. Nancy education is in Psychology. She maintains a psychotherapy license in the state of CA and is also certified in Human Resources and Organizational Development through UCLA. She has trained in a wide variety of coaching schools.
